Wiki: Simple and Effective

A very simple and effective use for a wiki. Wiki's are great for capturing those little bits of information that you know ( or think ) will be useful in the future. Wiki's are also nice because people can often help to edit or even comment on the shared bit of information. That ability to collaborate and discuss makes the piece of information that much more useful.

At the end of the day though, a wiki is just a nice way to keep everything in it's place.

in reference to:

"The goal is to do things once, then re-use what you’ve done.  It saves time and frustration, and allows you to provide faster and more consistent customer service."
