Extra spice for 4e encounters

Absolutly love these. Great idea to collect them all in once place. I can certainly see how these could be abused, but if used correctly they add a great flair to encounters.

I can even see using one like "You’ve prepared your weapons well for battle. For this session, PCs score critical hits with weapon attacks on rolls of 19 or 20." as a way to bring a slightly higher level bad guy into the game and provide some balance for the party.

Great opportunities to add a bit of story into combats. Overall, a great idea which could easily extend beyond the use WoTC has for them.
